FORD FALCON XY GT
THE FORD FALCON XY GT- INTERCEPTOR SEARCH -OKAY the 1971 ULTRA WHITE XY GT FALCON Making contact with the owner accelerated the passion to focus on the 351C engine stamping in another direction for INTERCEPTOR searching encompassing the GT-HO RESEARCH arm . At a car show in Geelong several years ago I spotted an XY FALCON GT with a boast board stating a summary of that GT most interesting was the speed in gears of the car I had read about such stats in motor magazines the XY GT , the GT-HO PHASE 4 & the RPO 83 back in the day however never did I see top speeds per gear so close to the XA FALCON 351 POLICE GT variant that I owned back in 1973 a couple of years later at a car show this time in Monbulk that same ultra white FORD XY GT was on display with the same board this time the owner introduced as Harry was there .
