The FIRST & ONLY COMPLETED in 1972 of the 3 proposed FORD WORKS COMPETITION TEAM  XA GT FALCON this was a hidden fact when Motor editor Mel Nichols & Uri were invited to Lot 6 for the WHEELS magazine August 1972 & info used in September 1972  Sports car World magazines XA-3 was later said to be at Calder Park Raceway at the time , after the AXe fell the car was converted to rally and given to Ford rally driver Bruce Hodgson it was registered in NSW circa Spring 1972
