4 BOLT 351C USA ENGINES for HO 4 MYTH or FACT ?

Lot 6 are known to have some 2 bolt engines tapped and converted to 4 bolt mains for the Superfalcon & Group C , Which at the close of Lot 6 Bruce Hodgson happen to pick up some spare motors after the HO 4 engine failed due using the same ride hieght as the XT London to Sydney rally cars which with the 302 was XT a lighter weight to the 351 C so the incorrect ride height rally conversion being too low to the ground causing the oil pick up to fail So one of the spare QC 20 motors found its way into XA-3 his PHASE 4 RALLY car that had been fitted into a Victoria Road registered XA GT FALCON - Bruce states the HO 4 engines were 4 bolt blocks Bill Santuccione the QC20 creator states otherwise that they were 2 bolt QC20 engines that were destined & in the PHASE 4 factory cars even the H PLATED dentist HO 4 car when being restored Roy Verladi was surprised to see a 2 bolt 351 C HO motor in the H CODE car David Bowden owner of the XA-2 brambles red car like Bruce claims the engines for the PHASE 4 are 4 bolt? Paul Carthew owner of the other brambles red agrees with Bill Santuccione the HO 4 engines are 2 bolt 351 C. Howard Marsden claims they were 2 bolt mains Ford were not silly to run the risk of winning Bathurst only to be disqualified after scrutineering - sure we bent the rules but not like this .
