Destroyed in the late 1980's The Bruce Hodgson FORD XA FALCON GT-HO PHASE 4 Lot 6 Mahoney s Road FORD SPECIAL VEHICLES BATHURST RACING PROTOTYPE adapted to RALLY and as Howard Masden stated driven to the ground the wreck was purchased by Bruce Hodgson who enlisted John Whynne ( Lot 6 mechanic ) to restore it in the late 1980's Ford was furious with Brian Ingliss declaring that the HO 4 never existed the previous decade in 1973 prohibited Ford association to the vehicle let alone restore it was built to race as were the other two XA 1 XA 2 so from there the wreck went to the tip and buried so the reports said So one salvaged it from the tip and in a bush shed for 20 years or so began to slowly rebuild it.
