Back on the day that was 52 YEARS ago XA 2 the other Brambles Red XA GT.

XA 2 passed Quality Control on the 11th May 1972 had already been delivered to the Ford Special vehicles office on the 15th of May 1972 to their surprise XA 2 did not have the black hood

The Calypso Green HO Plated car somehow may have an incorrect VIS sheet as RLT-DT 190173 retail date is listed as the 19th January 1973 there is an ACT-RLT-DT 090204 date listed as the 9th January 1973 . In the past that VIS sheet has been questioned by XA GT aficionados on the errors on that date likely a typo possibly the compliance plate as the car was finalized and delivered in January 1973
